Gracewil History
est. 1929

The course was established in 1929 when the first nine was cut through the family fruit and dairy farm. The old farmhouse was used as the clubhouse. As the number of golfers grew so did the course. In 1960 Gracewil incorporated and built a new clubhouse.

Disaster struck in 1965 when the Palm Sunday tornado destroyed the clubhouse. Many friends, neighbors and customers helped in the clean-up effort and the clubhouse was rebuilt.

The final nine was completed in 1974, and Gracewil now operates 36 holes of public golf.

We again have expanded and are proud of our newly remodeled clubhouse completed in April of 2000. We hope you can share a sense of pride in our history as the Wilson family continues as owners and operators of the course today.
